Welcome to our new, simplified Club Registration form! To register for a club, please complete the form below. You will select the club that you wish to register for in the form.
Please note:
- You may register ONE student for ONE club per form; you must submit separate forms for multiple students/clubs.
- The number of remaining spaces available in each club appears in the Club drop-down in the form below. Clubs that are FULL will be disabled from being selected.
Upon successful registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration, as well as a receipt for your club fee payment.
